DoughRise.Store is a digital subscription service. We do not sell or ship any physical products. All products and services offered through DoughRise.Store are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately upon purchase or first visit through https://doughrise.store.

There are no shipping charges, postage costs or delivery waiting times associated with any DoughRise.Store product or subscription.

FREE TIER — INSTANT ACCESS

DoughRise.Store's Free tier requires no registration, no account and no payment. Simply visit https://doughrise.store to access immediately:

  • 18 free baking calculators, including tools for fermentation, hydration, baker's percentage, sourdough starter, dough temperature, pizza portioning, preferment, recipe costing, batch yield and more
  • The AI Baking Coach, our AI-powered assistant for baking questions, troubleshooting and guidance

No personal information of any kind is required to use the Free tier. Access is instant and unrestricted.

PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS — DIGITAL DELIVERY

All paid subscription tiers (Pro at £9.99/month, Coach at £14.99/month, and Bakery at £29.99/month) are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, access to your chosen subscription tier is granted immediately through your DoughRise.Store account.

There are no physical goods, no shipping costs and no delivery delays associated with any paid subscription.

If you do not receive access to your subscription immediately after payment, please contact us at info@doughrise.store and we will resolve the issue promptly.

INTERNATIONAL ACCESS

DoughRise.Store is available to customers worldwide. We currently serve customers in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand and the European Union, among other regions.

As our Services are delivered entirely digitally, there are no international shipping restrictions, customs charges or import duties associated with any DoughRise.Store product or subscription.

Please note the following for international customers:

  • Pricing — all prices displayed on DoughRise.Store are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). Your payment provider will apply the applicable exchange rate at the time of purchase. You may see a currency conversion charge from your bank or card provider.
  • VAT and local taxes — ZeriZeri Ltd is not currently VAT registered. International customers are responsible for understanding and complying with any local tax obligations that may apply to digital service purchases in their jurisdiction.
  • EU customers — if you are purchasing from within the European Union, your statutory consumer rights under applicable EU law remain unaffected by these terms.
