How do I access my Pro or Coach subscription?
After subscribing, your account is tagged automatically. Log in at doughrise.store/account and your Pro calculators and Coach features will be unlocked. If something's not showing, drop us a message with your email and we'll check the tag manually.
I think I found a bug in one of the calculators
Brilliant, thank you. The calculators are all built and maintained by one person, so bug reports genuinely help. Use the form above and describe what you entered, what you expected, and what came out instead. Include your browser if you can.
Can I suggest a new calculator or feature?
Yes, and we actually act on good suggestions. All 18 calculators exist because someone needed them. If you have a specific baking calculation you're doing manually on a spreadsheet, tell us about it.
How does the AI Baking Coach work?
The Coach is powered by a Cloudflare Worker with an AI model trained on baking methodology. It's not a generic chatbot. You can ask it about your specific dough, hydration levels, fermentation issues, or recipe adjustments and it'll give you a grounded, practical answer. It's available on the Coach and Bakery plans.
Can I cancel or get a refund on my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Recharge. You can cancel any time from your account portal with no penalty. If you feel a refund is warranted for any reason, just email us directly and we'll review it. We'd rather sort it properly than have someone stuck on a plan they didn't want.
Are the calculators really free forever?
Yes. The 18 calculators on doughrise.store/pages/calculators are free, always have been, and will stay that way. Pro and Coach tiers add features on top of that, but the core tools are not going behind a paywall.
