OVERVIEW

Some products and services on DoughRise.Store are offered as subscriptions. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these purchases. As DoughRise.Store is a purely digital service, pre-orders and try before you buy options do not currently apply and have been excluded from this policy. If we introduce these purchase options in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you purchase a DoughRise.Store subscription you will receive continuous access to your chosen tier of our digital Services. The available subscription tiers are:

  • Pro — £9.99 per month
  • Coach — £14.99 per month
  • Bakery — £29.99 per month

Your payment details will be stored securely by our payment processor and you will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period based on the subscription frequency you selected at checkout (monthly or annual).

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you choose to cancel. You will not receive a separate reminder before each renewal charge, so please make a note of your billing date.

Changing your subscription

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription tier at any time through your DoughRise.Store account. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period unless otherwise stated.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To do so:

  • Log in to your DoughRise.Store account
  • Navigate to your subscription management page
  • Select Cancel Subscription

Alternatively, your order confirmation email contains a link directly to your subscription management page.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access to your subscription tier until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period unless required by applicable law.

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU and you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase, and you have not yet accessed or activated the subscription, you may be entitled to a full refund under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Free tier

The Free tier requires no payment and no subscription. It can be accessed at any time at https://doughrise.store with no commitment and no cancellation required.
