This bundle diagnoses crumb structure against proofing, fermentation and bake timing, and covers the standard baker's maths, percentages, hydration, yeast, salt, temperature, unit conversion, most home bakers need mid-bake. It doesn't cover flour selection in depth, starter maintenance, or step-by-step recipes, those are handled by the free calculators, the Sourdough Rescue Handbook, and other DoughRise guides.
